The first spirit called “Freedom” will cease  every bit of inhibition that lies within your soul, every chain that has shackled your mind and will free you from whatever that incapacitates your body from feeling a good time! Just4Fun commands you to get up and enjoy revelry of the St. Lucian carnival.

The second spirit called “Tempo” will induce the  pulse  of rhythms into your body, mind and soul. You will inevitably move in sync to the heart beat of Carnival!

The third spirit called “Just 4 fun” will whisper telling  you,”it’s not for the money, it is not for winning a trophy, it’s not for the fame so lighten up and enjoy the game; drink responsibly and don’t take yourself too seriously cause the Spirit of Carnival is Just4Fun!”

The fourth spirit called “Unity” will be the thread that runs through everybody ,mind and  soul regardless of color ,creed or class ,and he continually reminds us that we are no different from each other when we move to the same rhythms of carnival!

The fifth spirit called “Creation” is the  fragment of all imaginations who serve Carnival, the one who inspires the tone ,mood, and texture, the  one from whence all spirits of carnival came, in the beginning it was the most high, then came the people, then came that spirit of Creation ,then came the other spirits , then the music, then the designs, then the colors, then the costumes, then a dance…….then came the party…..In the street!!

The sixth spirit called “Rio” takes us somewhere in imagination, to a place with the largest of crowds  dancing to music in the streets so when the revelers gather in hundreds, he makes them feel and see thousands sometimes millions!!!

The seventh spirit called “Dark side” is a tragic and haunting spirit in the minds of everyone; revelers and spectators  alike guard themselves from his force of nature that manipulates human nature intotragedies, accidents, carelessness, and lawlessness. He brings the balance to reality cause nothing is perfect!
